Dining table seats 6. Three more bar stools pull up to the kitchen bar. The bright kitchen has an electric range with grill, frig with icemaker, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room located conveniently nearby with large capacity washer and dryer.

Hall bath serves kitchen and ground floor queen bedroom. It has a vanity sink and a tub/shower. Carpeted queen bedroom features 2 bedside tables, lamp, ceiling fan, plush side chair, chest of drawers, 21” TV with satellite, DVD/VCR, and CD stereo system.

Entire second story is carpeted. Queen master bedroom has 2 bedside tables with lamps, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, plush side chair with ottoman, chest of drawers, 3 closets, armoire with 19” TV with satellite, DVD/VCR and French doors leading to a private deck with café table with 2 chairs. Private bathroom for this bedroom has 2 vanity sinks and a jetted tub/shower. Single rollaway bed is stored in one closet for your convenience. Trundle bedroom has two twin beds, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp, 13” TV with satellite, DVD/VCR, and a private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower.

Private pool measures 12 x 24 and is surrounded by ample loungers and chairs. Dining table and chairs make outdoor dining an alternative. Gas grill is poolside. Hot/cold outdoor shower. Parking for at least four cars.
