A bright splash of color can be found at Rainbow I, located near the Seaside Swim & Tennis Club. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage that sleeps 10 is an ideal find for your next family gathering. Hardwood flooring throughout the home. All visitors to Rainbow are allowed to enjoy the numerous quaint beach walkovers, long private white sand beaches, three inviting swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, fitness center, croquet lawn, shuffle board court, playground, and Camp Seaside for the kids.

Inviting screen porch is outfitted with 4 rocking chairs and many other seating options for enjoying our refreshing gulf breezes. The open living room features a love seat, 2 side chairs, coffee table, 2 side tables with 2 lamps, TV, DVD/VCR and stereo. An open loft accessed by a ladder has a double futon sofa bed, side chair and lamp and overlooks the first floor living room. Parade balcony off this loft area overlooks the town of Seaside. Dining table has 8 chairs, plus 2 more stools are at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has frig with icemaker, dishwasher, range and microwave.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and closets. Two bedrooms and one bath are on the ground floor. Double bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps and chest of drawers. Twin bedroom has 2 twin beds with built-in drawers, bedside table and lamp. Hall bath has shower only. Two additional bedrooms and a bath are located on the second floor. Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 3 lamps, 2 dressers and a TV. Twin bedroom has 2 twin beds, drawers under the beds, dresser, and 2 lamps. Hall bath has a shower only.

All Rainbow cottages share a washer/dryer. Each cottage has it’s own charcoal grill. Parking for 2 to 3 cars in the driveway. Come enjoy the Rainbow!
