It's "About Thyme" for a vacation in this luxurious "Home -away-from-home" located in the lovely private gated community of Waters Edge, adjacent to Rosemary Beach. You can be tucked away in your own beach front paradise or take a short stroll or bike ride to restaurants, shops, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Being only one house back from the beach, there are beautiful gulf views from each gulf front porch, overlooking the inviting private heated pool (fees apply for pool heating). This 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home sleeps 12 people.

Ground Floor: The charming front entrance leads you to a spacious foyer with access door to the one car garage. There are a few beach chairs and toys in the garage for your use – quality and quantity of these items will vary and is not guaranteed. The ground floor features two queen bedrooms, a bunk room and two bathrooms. The first queen bedroom has one bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, side chair, LCD TV, Xbox and closet. The second queen bedroom has has one bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, side chair, LCD TV, Xbox, closet and door to adjacent bathroom. Hall bath which serves the queen bedrooms has tub/shower, vanity sink and outside door to the convenient outdoor shower. Both queens are designed with French doors that open to the relaxing deck and tropical pool area. The bunk room has two twins, LCD TV with built-in DVD, bureau with mirror and features a private bath with pedestal sink and walk-in shower. Stackable washer/dryer in a hall closet. A wooden staircase with unique iron railing leads you to the second floor.

Second Floor: Exceptional great room which consists of the living, dining and kitchen areas. In the living room, there is a queen sleeper sofa, LCD TV with digital cable, DVD, 2 leather side chairs, 2 upholstered side chairs, coffee table, side tables and lamps. Convenient high speed wireless internet. Dining area has large round glass top table with 6 chairs. Two french doors (one from living area, one from dining area) open to the restful porch where you can enjoy spectacular ocean views and peaceful dining. This porch has 4 tall cocktail height chairs with a table, small picnic table with 2 seats and an Adirondack seating area with loveseat, adult and child sized seats. Half bath is conveniently located adjacent the great room. The kitchen has 4 barstools at the breakfast bar, granite countertops, side-by-side frig with door ice dispenser, glass top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and convenient pantry. Also on the second level is a large, king master suite with LCD TV, side chair with ottoman, bedside table, lamp, bureau with 2 lamps, large walk-in closet and French doors leading to private balcony with tall chairs and table. The private master bath has his-and-her vanities and a jetted tub/shower featuring a glass-block window allowing the warm Florida sunshine to enhance a relaxing bath.

Third Floor: The king master suite takes up the entire top level and consists of a spacious bedroom with 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, armoire with LCD TV and DVD. This bedroom also has a cozy sitting alcove with plush chair and ottoman, chest of drawers and lamp. From the private gulf-front porch, enjoy the views from 2 comfortable Adirondacks - great for watching the dolphins or the spectacular sunsets. The master bath on this floor has a jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, his-and-her vanities, and a large walk-in closet.

Outside: On the ground floor off the queen bedrooms, there is a covered porch with dining table and 6 teak chairs – this area overlooks the pool. The kidney-shaped private heated pool is 9 x 18 and has some lounger chairs. (Please note that the pool heater at About Thyme is an electric heater, which cannot be operated should temperatures fall below 50°.) There is also a gas grill with hard line gas line so you never run out of fuel. Convenient hot/cold outdoor shower is perfectly located when returning from a day on the beautiful white sand gulf beach. Community beach walkover is just two houses away with no streets to cross. Parking for 3 cars, 2 in driveway, 1 in garage.
