Intensive Care – 15 S. Greenwood Ave – Seagrove Beach, FL

Newly completed in 2009 and located south of Scenic Hwy 30A in Seagrove Beach, Intensive Care is an elegant and gracious beach home with fabulous gulf views. Directly across from the beach walkover, this stunning home has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths and sleeps 14 people. Spread over three floors, this home offers the finest in beach vacation accommodations. The home has an elevator and a private heated pool (pool heating fees apply). Wireless internet is provided. Direct TV.

Ground Floor: Four bedrooms are found on the ground floor. The double bedroom has an LCD TV and two bedside tables with lamps. The twin bedroom has 2 twin beds, bedside table, dresser and lamp. The queen bedroom has a 32” LCD TV, dresser, 2 bedside tables with lamps, dresser and a private bath with shower. The bunk room (2 twins) has an attached hall bath with tub/shower. Additional hall bath has a tub/shower. Media room has a 50” LCD TV with DVD, large game table with 4 chairs, 2 plush side chairs and a queen sleeper sofa. Screened porch across the front of home is like an outdoor living room with ample cushioned furniture for relaxing (sofa, 4 rockers, 2 side chairs, lamps and tables). Adjacent to the pool area is a mini kitchen with sink, drawer style frig, icemaker, dishwasher, and wine cabinet.

Second Floor: Large open living area features beautiful views, 46” LCD TV, DVD, bookcases stocked with a library full of books, sofa, 4 side chairs, coffee table and a gas log fireplace. Kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops, huge frig, icemaker, dishwasher, 6 burner gas range, microwave, warming drawer and deep farm style sink. Breakfast bar seats 4. There is a separate dining room with elegant table with up to 10 chairs. One king master bedroom suite has 2 side chairs, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, built-in armoire with 36” LCD TV and private bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Second king master bedroom suite has 2 bedside tables with lamps, 36” TV, armoire and a connecting bath with walk-in shower. Terrace off dining room has a gas grill, outdoor dining table and 4 chairs. Front porch on this level has a swing and 4 rockers – all for enjoying the incredible gulf views and breezes. Laundry room has super capacity washer and dryer.

Third Floor: Tower room has a sofa, 4 side chairs, wet bar with beverage frig, ice maker and dishwasher, plus a 50” LCD TV. Outdoor balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico will have a cocktail height table with 2 chairs plus 4 Adirondack chairs.

Outdoors: Garage parking for one car or storage of your beach equipment. Private heated pool with 6 loungers and outdoor shower. Parking for 3 cars in driveway and one on parking pad. Directly across from the beach walkover – less than one minute to the sand. Lovely landscaped yard with fenced in grass lawn for children’s playtime.
