Guests will also be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

Ground Floor: Open inviting two story foyer with floor to ceiling windows and elegant open staircase. First King bedroom has king bed, 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps, double closets, LCD TV and adjacent bath. This bath can be shared with bunk room or locked out to create a private master suite. The bath has a tub/shower and unique vanity sink. The bunk room is open to the stairwell and has two built-in bunks (4 twin beds). Each bunk has its own reading lamp. This room has an HD TV, dresser and shelving as well. It opens to either of the two full bathrooms on this floor. Second King bedroom features a king bed, 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps, 2 closets, dresser, LCD TV and adjacent bath. Like the other king bedroom, the bath can be shared with bunk room or locked out to make a master suite. This bath has a walk-in shower and unique vanity sink. This floor also includes a powder room and laundry room with large capacity washer/dryer.

Second Floor: The large combined living/dining/kitchen area has French doors to a balcony overlooking the Cabana Pool. The living area has sofa, side chair, twin sleeper chair, coffee table, game table seating 4 and armoire with 52” LCD TV, DVD and stereo. Kitchen has granite countertops, two dishwashers, 6-burner gas stove with built-in griddle and double ovens, Subzero frig, 2 sinks, microwave, ample cabinets, soaring ceilings and an island overlooking the living area. Dining table in the kitchen has 6 chairs. Hall bath has walk-in shower and vanity sink. Large king bedroom has 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps, dresser, LCD TV and huge closets that could easily accommodate a crib. French doors lead from bedroom to a private balcony looking over the rear of the house.

Outdoors: Parking for 4 cars in the driveway area. Porch has 2 chairs plus a gas grill. Hot/cold outdoor shower.
