Andalusia – 226 Paradise by the Sea – Seacrest, FL

Andalusia was completed in 2009 and is a spacious, 7,200 sq ft (4,400 inside) Mediterranean courtyard style home located closer within 175 walking steps to the beach. Paradise by the Sea is a private gated, low density community south of Scenic Hwy 30A which offers approximately 1,000 linear feet of un-crowded beach! Our community is surrounded by Alys Beach to the north so enjoy the very short walk to Fonville Press for coffee or dining at George's. Andalusia features a total of seven bedrooms / sleeping areas and sleeps up to 18 people in gracious comfort. Beautifully constructed, it has travertine floors, decorative tile, and walnut throughout, plus LCD/DVD TV's in each room. Our bathrooms make the Ritz forgettable! Wireless internet.

Ground Floor, Main House: First ground floor King Bedroom has 2 bedside tables with lamps, chair, dresser, LCD TV and private bath with shower. Additional ground floor king bedroom features 2 bedside tables with lamps, large bench, LCD TV and private bath with double vanity sinks and tub/shower. French doors lead from this bedroom to the pool area.

Second Floor, Main House: King Master bedroom has bedside table with lamp, a sitting area outfitted with dresser with 2 lamps and 2 chairs, stunning gulf views and a private bath with double vanity sinks and walk-in shower. Queen bedroom off this bedroom has access to the same bath but doors can be closed for privacy in the master. This bedroom area has an LCD TV and a dresser.

Third Floor, Main House: Take the elevator to the main third floor kitchen/living/dining room with 15 foot ceiling and panoramic gulf views. The living area has an L-shaped leather sofa, 2 side chairs, 47 inch LCD TV with surround sound stereo system and Blue Ray DVD player. Gourmet kitchen features a Subzero refrigerator, two Miele dishwashers, Wolfe gas cooktop, double ovens, warming drawer, huge granite island with prep sink and 8 barstools. Elegant round dining table has 8 chairs. Powder room.

Tower, Main House: Ascend an exterior staircase to the rooftop tower where there is a teak table and 4 tall chairs. Relax while watching the sun set over the gulf.

First Floor, North Wing: Enter off the pool area to the King bedroom with 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, LCD TV, side chair, and private bath with shower.

Second Floor, North Wing: Entered off the second floor loggia, this floor has a washer/dryer, king bedroom with 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps, LCD TV and adjoining bath with double vanity sinks and walk-in shower. Multipurpose room / Kid’s Mecca has game table with 4 chairs, two armoires, large LCD TV, Blue Ray DVD player, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and floor pillows for spreading out. Private dressing room adjacent to this area also opens up to the king bedroom’s bath.

Outside: Private heated pool with large shaded loggia. Pool/spa may be heated to 86° for an additional daily fee. Spa is not jetted. Ground floor loggia has a huge mahogany table with 12 chairs for elegant outdoor dining, also 2 tall teak tables with 4 chairs each. Poolside there are several teak loungers and chairs plus a gas grill. Driveway parking for up to 6 cars. Beach walkover is just 175 walking steps away.
