Ground Floor: Elegant tiled floors, two bedrooms, spacious full bathroom with large vanity countertop and tub/shower. Queen bedroom has a dresser, bedside table and lamp, large closet, television, ceiling fan and hooks to hang wet bathing suits or towels. Twin bedroom has two twin beds, television, ceiling fan, hooks to hang wet bathing suits or towels, and toys for the kids. Laundry room with super capacity washer and dryer, extra frig, perfect for drinks at the pool or beach and laundry sink.

Second Floor: Fully equipped, gourmet kitchen features a gulf view over the kitchen sink, granite countertops, fine cabinetry, stainless appliances (frig, gas range, dishwasher, microwave), and an island with breakfast bar and 2 stools. The beautiful wood dining table seats 10 people for big family meals. The large, sun-filled great room with hardwood floors, a LCD TV, DVD, stereo and CD player, and ample comfortable seating, invites you to sit, relax and visit with family. The entertainment center is stocked with many DVD’s, puzzles, and games. French doors open to the balcony – enjoy the sounds of the waves while reading a book or have dinner outside at the table and four chairs. The bunk room has a built-in bunk bed with two extra long twin mattresses, a TV/VCR and a full bathroom with tub/shower.

Third Floor: Large master suite with hardwood floors has a private balcony for magnificent gulf views. This very large bedroom features its own stereo, armoire, 2 bedside tables and lamps plus 2 comfortable chairs for relaxation. The master bath includes dual vanity sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower with gulf views. A second bedroom with a queen bed includes a TV, armoire and 2 bedside tables with lamps.

Outdoor Areas: Enjoy the warm water outside shower. Take a dip in your own private heated pool surrounded by a fence with safety latch and plenty of privacy among the oak trees. Gas BBQ grill. Off street parking for 4 cars, including a double garage. There are a few beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, beach bags and a garden cart to tote it all to the beach. This is a perfectly appointed beach home for two families or 10 adults to share.
