Ground Floor: Enter through the large wooden arched antique door; circa 1850 England. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer and 2 bathrooms. This floor and the entire house has limestone flooring. King bedroom overlooks the pool and has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, lounger with reading lamp, chest of drawers, LCD TV, closet and a private bath with shower. Queen bedroom features one bedside table, one lamp, built-in drawers, side chair with side table and closet. Both of these bedrooms have French doors opening out to a shared terrace with comfortable chairs and table overlooking the pool. Bunk bedroom has 2 built-in twin bunks each with their own LCD TV/DVD, side chair and closet. Hall bath has tub/shower and pedestal sink.

Second Floor: The main living area, dining and kitchen are all on this floor. Kitchen is equipped with Sub-zero frig, Jenn-Air gas range, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, custom Corian cabinetry and counters, central island with 2 barstools and convenient pantry. Dining area has round table with 6 chairs and French doors leading out to a side balcony outfitted with 2 tall cocktail tables and 6 tall chairs. Enjoy outdoor dining with fabulous gulf views. Living room has sectional linen sofa with lounger sectio, side chair, wood burning fireplace, coffee table, 2 side tables and LCD TV, DVD and stereo system. Video library. French doors open from the living room to a small balcony overlooking pool and offering unobstructed gulf views and breezes. Three chairs make this a great place for cocktails at sunset. Powder room.

Third Floor: The master suite encompasses the entire third floor. King bedroom has side table, LCD TV, wood burning fireplace, side chair and table, closet, built-in drawers, and 2 sets of French doors opening out to two private balconies, one of which is outfitted with 2 padded teak loungers. Master bath offers an Agape designed soaking tub and sink and walk-in shower. This floor also boasts a second washer/dryer.

Outside: Long 10 x 24 private heated pool is surrounded by padded teak love seat and 2 loungers. Enjoy the outdoor fireplace in the teak padded loveseat and 2 side chairs, coffee table, and gas grill. Hot/cold outdoor shower. Beach walk over is adjacent to property.
