Winter 2011/2012 Special
Rent a minimum 3 nights stay and receive an additional night free. Book a week and get 20% off the weekly rate.* Our winter season begins November 1st and runs through March 9th, with the exception of winter holiday dates as reflected below. During this season, we have a 3-night minimum stay requirement in
most of our vacation houses; 2-night minimum stay requirement in all of our carriage homes and condominium units.
Specials apply to new bookings only. If you currently have a minimum 3-night stay booked at full price in one of our houses, carriage homes, or condominium units, give us a call; we'll be happy to add an additional night to your stay for free, if available (outside the Winter Holiday rate season, dates for which are listed below). Please Note: Some homes are excluded from this special, due to owner request.
*Winter Special is not valid during the Winter Holiday rate season. Winter holidays this year are November 19th through November 27th for Thanksgiving; December 17th through January 2nd for Christmas and New Year's. During these holiday dates, we have a 4-night minimum stay requirement in all of our vacation houses; 3-night minimum stay requirement in all of our carriage homes or condominium units.
The Seaside School Half Marathon (which includes a 5K) will take place March 4, 2012 will be the race's 10th anniversary. The Race attracts over 3000 runners and has become one of the premier races in the Southeast.
